SWI X LA County Dept of Arts + Culture and LA County Dept of Consumer + Business Affairs - Facilitator, ARTS TUNE UP conference — Los Angeles SEPTEMBER 2019 ● Represented SWI among 11 local networking and learning groups invited to teach three 40-minute workshops in partnership with the LA County Dept of Arts + Culture and LA County Dept of Consumer + Business Affairs ● Created curriculum on shared methodologies for transparency reform in the workplace to generate healthy social capital, defining safe spaces as a form of currency. Facilitated a mini SWI workshop to 40 attendees “#HUMANFIRSTMONEYSECOND : a Horizontal and Transparent Approach to Empower Freelance Creatives to Gain Social Capital.
